Blackie chased down the corridor after her, and then closed the door. He chuckled at her, and jumped on the bed next to her. Curling up.

Eve was already asleep by the time Blackie had gotten into the room. When he curled up to her, she instictly wrapped an arm around him.

Eve woke up to the sound of the door being pounded on. Her black hair was wild around her head. She growled under her breath and stomped to the door.
The deskman was out there. "Your day is up."
Eve looked pleadingly to Blackie, but he was still snoring. "Okay, I'll get my cat and leave. I'll just be a few."

Blackie was woken up, and when she had closed the door, he spoke.
"It's been a day already?" He asked. Wondering how they could have slept so long.

Eve looked at him through tired eyes. "I guess.... we must have been really tired." She smiled. "Well I guess that we'd better head out, come on." she motioned at the door.

Eve let Blackie take the lead. She followed him downstairs, where the deskman was waiting. "Here." she handed him the keys.
She walked out the door and sat on the curb.

Eve looked up at him. "I'd say that I about want to die. I'm sorry for what my father did to you!" she was starting to cry, she hated crying in front of people. Expecially for those she cared about. "But, he's gone now. He's dead. So is my mother. That's why I'm here."

"Oh Eve...." Blackie said, "You know I don't blame you."
He put a paw on her arm.
"I'm just thankful we are both still alive." 'And together...' He added mentally.

Eve looked down, he didn't understand. "You hated my father, didn't you?" her face was a mask.

"Not really" Blackie answered.
"I was put in a situation where we were placed on oposite sides, and I achieved my goal, and freed those people, so I won." He recalled.
"Being a cat isn't so bad... If I hadn't been changed, we never would have met..."

Eve looked up at him, tears now falling. "No, it was because of me you are what you are."
