Braedon led them towards the person. "Are you ok?" He called over the wind.

The three travellers pushed their way through the snow. Brave, they weren't, but they tried. They failed, badly.
Snowball let out a small hiss as he kept trying to push through the snow. How did they even manage to get here? Oh right, Fluffy did a wrong turn. Never should have trusted a stone to navigate. With a sigh, he pushed through the snow.
Fifi and Fluffy were freezing. They were stones, but they were freezing stones. Even though they were in a leather, fur insolated pouch, they were still freezing. At least they weren't walking, they had to be happy about that.
Snowball saw someone, or some people, ahead of him. He started to run, and meow. He closed his eyes against the snow. In doing so, he ran head-first into a tree. The stones started laughing, he wanted revenge. He tried to bite and claw at the pouch.
Anyone looking at the travellers now, would have seen an insane cat trying to claw itself up. It was making a racket, that anyone within a mile would have heard.

Jan sung her head around at the sound of an animal's cry. It took a moment to locate the source, but finally she spotted what appeared to be a cat trying to rip it's own fur off.

The cat, by now was tired, it stopped struggling, and was sitting like a lump in the snow.
Snowball was tired, beyond belief. He looked up, and saw someone looking at him. He sat up, and tried to look pretty. Meowing pathetically, he finally decided to just try and move. With much pain and labour, he ignored his brother and the stinging in his feet, and moved toward the people, muttering to himself.

The three wanderers now reached the girl, the one examinig them.
"Think she's afraid of talking cats?" he muttered aloud. He walked up and sat in front of her, and did nothing else. If she knew there was something about him, she'd tell him.

"You can talk." Jan stated, sounding remarkably unsurprised.

Snowball rolled his eyes. "Good, a human not afraid of talking animals," he said sarcastically, "Thank God!"

Jan reached forward sharply and grabbed the cat by the scruff of it's neck. She lifted it a tiny bit off the ground, high enough to look directly into it's eyes.
"I do not like backtalking animals." she said coldly, then she put the animal back on the ground.

"I'm not back talking!" Snowball insisted, "I'm just glad that we landed in a part of this world that humans are not afraid of talking animals. We already met a few other people that weren't afraid of us. I mean, in all my days as a fairy, I had never known that there were humans not afraid of talking animals. I guess that that's kind of a dissapointment, I wanted to scare someone. Oh well," he finished.

Jan shrugged. "There may be some that will be scared."
She stood up and headed back to Braedon and the other girl.

Mera rubbed her raw, tiered eyes and replied "HUh? I'm very cold...." and she trailed off as she fell to her knee's shivering.

Jan tilted her head slightly as she came back. "It appears that we'll be a while before reaching the nearest town."

Snowball sat down beside the shivering girl. He cocked his head, and meowed.
