Red imitated Rainlight, climbing on smoothly. Thank the gods she was a fast learner.

"Hold on tightly now." Rainlight called over her shoulder at the same moment that Rith pushed off from the ground. "you could have waited a moment, dearheart." she muttered softly.
She learns fast. was what Rith replied.

"Woaaahh!" Red cried, as facinated(sp?) as a child who was just starting to ride a horse. Red was strongly tempted to stretch her wings, but that could wait.
Oh, how she loved flying...

OOC: I'm just going to skip ahead because I don't feel like doing the "Rith hunting" scene. ;D Red can react anyway you want since to watch a dragon feed takes a fairly strong stomach. *ebil grin*

A few hours later Rith was winging back towards the city, landing just beyond the outskirts, hidden by a line of trees.

Now Red felt sick. It was a good thing she hadn't had breakfast, or something might have come up with those retches......ugh........
She stumbled off the dragon as soon as they landed, restraining herself from glaring at it.

Rainlight put her arm around the girl's shoulders. She was mad at herself for forgetting that she was used to seeing the way Rith hunted.
"Red?... I am sorry." the elf said as they started back to the city.

Rainlight shook her head as Larie and Kryl flew in spirals over their heads.
"It is not. I should have warned you about... Well about what you were going to be getting into."

Rainlight sighed in agreement as they reached the tavern again.

ooc: It's still morning right?
After an hour or so of soaking in the tub, Laur managed to guilt trip the innkeeper into giving her a room - the best one he had. See, that what's Laura was; a con artist. And she was rather good at it too, if she did say so herself. She had dressed and gone out to the market, got some new things (she loved new things, especially shiny ones though she never knew why) and came back and was now lying on her full-sized goose down pillows when there was a knock on her door. She instinctively grabbed for her hidden dagger. "Who is it?" she called sweetly. "Maid service miss, I'm 'ere with your breakfast." Laura took her hand away from her dagger and sighed with relief. She walked over and opened the door letting the mouse of a girl in with a trolly. She wheeled it over to the table and set a tray on the table. "'Ere ya go miss, would you be needin' anything else?" "Yes, the three travelers who stayed in the common room last night, have them come to my room when they return please." She pressed a small silver piece into the maids hand. The maid held it up in awe for a moment and stuffed it into her apron pocket. She cursied. "Yes miss, right away." She scurried from the room and gently closed the door. Laura smiled after her. She always had a soft spot for the underdog. She should know, she was often THE underdog. She took the top off the silver tray. Steam billowed up and a delicious aroma asulted her nostrals. She inhaled deeply; Mmmm breakfast!

Red walked into the tavern first, instinctivly glancing around to see if anything was diferent. There were a few new arrivals, all looking rather unimportant, but that was it.
Sighing, Red headed over to 'her corner' once more.
