Mera smiled, glad to have someone that could understand her, not be afraid of her as well. As they started out into the forest she decided she would go to a little ruined cottage she had found before, in the wilds of Blesiape.

Upon almost arriving at their destination caos erupted, Mera was knocked over by somthing hug and heavy. She couldn't manage to see what it was before she blacked out from the lack of oxygen.

The creature looked up at the wolf as it came charging at it. Believe it or not, it was a gargoyle! The thing launched itself off Mera and straight at the wolf. Leaving Mera laying unconcious on the ground.

Okami slammed into the wierd creature with her shoulder. As the two tumbled to the ground the wolf jumped clear. She spun quickly and growled threateningly at the thing as she stood between it and Mera.

The creature gave the seemingly strong wolf a glare before it bounded off into the night. Seeming to think it wasn't worth the trouble.

Mera was now fully awake and she started to giggle from the wolfs snifing and from its whiskers. "Yes I'm ok. Just a little sore." She managed to get out as she pushed herself up.

"I would be getting used to it if your gonna be hanging around me. I usually get followed and attacked like that all the time. Past history i guess." Mera said with a toss of her hand as she brushed herself off and started walking once more. A smile playing upon her lips.

Mera laughed at the wolfs comment and they continued on. When they finally reached the edge of a small town Mera hid herself in the nearby bushes. Groaning she said, "I hate it when i end up acidentally running into towns like this. Lets skirt around carfully." Mera got up and skirted the town to the right.

The wolf looked at the town for a moment. As she followed the girl, Okami asked, <Because of what happens to you at night?>
