"She doesn't know," Tekk said calmly.

Rimmer stopped laughing so much, feeling like an idiot. It wasn't fair of him to make fun of someone else's family like that--especially since his own was less than spectacular... he just nodded quietly, I guess, trying to apologize, and walked onward.

They entered a darker section of the tunnel, almost completely black. Only faint glimmers could be seen, from some naturally occuring photoluminescent slime. ((Translation: the slime natually glows))
"Watch your head," Tekk said, completely invisible in his black clothes.
OOC: There's lots of things hanging low from the "ceiling". It's really, really dark, but Tekk can see them... *pokes before thwapping*

"OK mister Big Voice, watching my step," and he simultaneously smack into a long, skinny, ...and wet--he discovered--stalagtite.

Vex said nothing about Tekk and Cobra's relation. It hadn't been hard to connect the dots. He did have his own connections after all.

Elizabeth ducked another glowing rock pillar. She had heard of places much like this. Other caves. It is rather beautiful... The glow... she thought.

"I said to watch where you were going," the Hunter said coldly, suddenly standing next to Rimmer.

"OK, so I missed that one."
Rimmer massaged an achy and scarred face, praying to the Heavens that nothing had opened. He didn't feel wet, so usually that's a good sign he wasn't bleeding.
"Are you gonna make a barney out of it, man?" he quirked.

"Just keep quiet. There's an... unfriendly element... down here. If you bring them out, you're on your own." Tekk's voice was like a blast of midwinter, but it didn't lie.

A smile cut Rimmer;s face in half. He was used to this cold and metallic tone of voice that, as far as he knew, Tekk could only make. "OK mate, but don't you get snippy either. I'll aim my glock at your head and wake everyone up if that's what you like. I can doom us all." He loved power like this.

Tekk muttered a rude word. "Just your friends. I'll be long gone." It wasn't very comforting, knowing the fact that the Hunter would abandon them if things got ugly.

"Whatever," sighed Rimmer, knowing the Hunter was correct. "Let's just get moving. I doubt it's any smarter to sit around looking like attractive slabs of roast beef, waiting for whatever gobbledy-gooks are out there."
Time progressed, slow as molasses when you're bored, as usual.
Some hours later, Rimmer gave up, and whined.
"Just how long is this tunnel anywayhe spoke to the ever graceful tunnel ceiling, as if it would answer his prayers, and such. As if it were celestial, Heavenly, and held the "ever elusive" guiding arrow to the end of the tunnel.
As far as he knew, tunnels were straight.
This one wasn't and Rimmer began to ponder if Tekk was heading in a circle.
But then he became worried about the loud voice booming off the walls. His voice. Te voice that asked the question too loudly.

Elizabeth glanced back at Rimmer and rolled her eyes. No patience at all, that one. She kept that comment to herself.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OOC: By the way Rimmer, This has nothing to do with you personally! I swear it's just what my character thinks of your character!
Vex found himself considdering if his two customized guns made too much noise to shoot Rimmer now. Or if he would have to wait until later.
OOC: Same thing.
OOC: HAH! Suuuure. Actually though, I'm probably the most patient person ever. Did you plan on me crying? Tough crackers.
Now let's get in character: ========================================
Rimmer game them a cross of the amused and wry smiles, and said, "Am I that attractive? Peel your eyes off my face and keep going! The tunnel doesn't get any shorter you know!" He spoke in a quieter, but stern voice, not wanting to scare everyone again.
"I mean, unless the tunnel is so homey..." He paused to read some graffiti paint on the tunnel wall. "'PHAT 4 EVR'," he spelled.
His eyes scanned wayward across the wall, pausing to choke back the coward's bile he'd sauced up in his Adam's apple. "'Bloods waz here, foo!!!'," he hollered.
And combusted on the spot, getting ready to fulfill what he was most voted for at college. He came in first place as "most likely to die from a hit or gangster violence."
"Right, let's go," he choked.
======================================== OCC: Y'all don't know it, but I just openly mocked Sam.
