Pts: Magical. No joining, please don't ask. This is just another place to rp that isn't on msn. Sorry, folks. As a reference, this takes place in Rhea's time realm, and Landon is also from there. He's a different person, so the bio doesn't really apply to him that much. The settings will (hopefully) be written before they are changed. And as a note, if this seems like jumping into the middle of a story, it's because it is.
What you need to know is a brief outline. Landon was once from a noble family, when both his older brother and his father were killed. It was believed that they killed eachother, but Landon actually killed them. Fortunately, he was around six years old, so no one thought it possible. He went to work in the Callisto household, and has been a servant there until Rhea comes home after being suspended.
There he meets Rhea, and attempts to defend her from her mother's beating. Unknowing that it was her, until she confronts him, and asks him. Even then, he avoids her almost totally. He gets sent as her serf back to the academy with her. Where he watches and learns to fight from a distance.
One day, when Rhea is fighting Prince Triton, she beats him pretty badly. She then summons Landon to fight her, and they fight. He gets her backed into a corner, before running out of the room, leaving the fight. She follows him, and tells him that he's going to end up getting his 'noble' badge back, and he attempts to run. She chases him back to his room, and attempts to talk him out of it.
He ignores her, and attempts to leave. She makes a wall, refusing to let him go. He begs her to either drop the wall, or kill him. She drops the wall, and lets him run. She then gets called by Queen Jupiter to lead troops to the front for three years. This is were she falls, and comes home. After she arrives, she learns that Landon still hasn't been found, and goes off to find him.
She finds him... somewhere in a forest. There, he's managed to find himself a family. His wife Lorainne, him, and his daughter, Rhen. Yesh, she's a kinda ish reflection of my character, but again, very different. Rhea kills Lorainne, attempting to show Landon what she was going to do. He breaks down, for around five minutes, and Rhen mouthed Rhea off for awhile.
Rhea put Rhen to sleep, and Landon got up, going to a stream not far from their place. It's there that he tells her a little bit about what happened to him, and begs her to take him back to where there are people, so that Rhen can grow with people. Hence the story...
Setting: Throne room, Royal Manor, outside of Brockswood lands.
Time: One week after the death of Lorraine
Characters: Rhea, Landon, Queen Jupiter, Lady Saturn, the Royal court of Cellestial, Prince Triton
Rhea bowed from the waist down, the black cloak around her hiding her trembling hands. Rain water dripped of her soaked curls, hitting the marble floor loudly in the silence of the court.
The nobles watched, leaving a wide circle in front of the throne for her to stand-alone.
Queen Jupiter looked down at her silently for a moment, Her pale skin glowed by the light of the candles and the flash of the lightening from the windows. Her heavy jewelry moved as she glanced around the crowd. The rubies around her neck glittered.
“Lady Rhea.” She muttered softly. Rhea did not rise from her bow, her red eyes still dull and dead. “Your majesty.” She replied softly.
“I’d like to think you have a logical explanation for this.” Jupiter murmured delicately. Rhea couldn’t feel any of her power. She had a very good control over her magic. Nothing leaked out to betray emotion or capability.
“I would presume that the explanation is logical, but whether you will like it or not is up to you… your highness.” Rhea replied finally straightening up.
Jupiter did not take her sky blue eyes from her face. “You do realize that your life is in terrible danger?” she asked, searching for some sanity in Rhea’s gaze… she found little of anything there.
“Rhea gave a curt nod of her head. “I do.”
The court burst into shocked murmurs, rising in slightly excited hysteria.
Rhea stood silently looking back at her queen.
Jupiter raised a hand slowly and the murmurs stopped. “I do hope you know what you are doing, Lady Rhea.”
Rhea smiled to herself. “As do I, your highness.’
The queen gave a slightly tired sigh and waved her hand carelessly. “Bring them in.”
Triton stood behind his mother, looking on at the changed form of a girl he had once known. She had been his friend once, she had been more innocent than he had ever thought possible and still strong…
Now she seemed weaker, as if her life force were starting to diminish as her will to live gave out. He couldn’t figure what had changed that. There couldn’t be much worse a thing than going to the north to stand guard at the front lines… And that alone had not made her so weak. Something must have triggered a change…
He turned to look at the guards, opening the doors behind Rhea’s dark solemn form. “…Landon…”
