Landon took a deep breath, and kept running. Everything in his body and mind was screaming for him to go back. But there was something else, something else that was telling him to run.
And he listened to that, even if it might have gotten him in trouble. His second sense lead him to his daughter, who was still in the throne room.

Rhea sighed deeply, too tired to really try. She glanced back at Triton wearily, though there was a glint of slight anger in her eyes.
"What did you say?" Triton only smiled in reply.

Jupiter looked down at Rhen thoughtfully, waiting for Landon to return. This mess was probably beyond the child's simple understandings anyway...but someone might as well inform her. She sighed and glanced at the nobles all talking like bees buzzing in a summer day.

Landon burst into the room without care for his actions. There were somet things that he wasn't willing to do for his family, unfortunately, getting his manor back was not one of them.
He wouldn't kill himself and Rhen just to run away from his memories. If Rhen could live without her mother, then he could live where he'd... where his family had died. Even if the house was gone now.
It still sent shudders down his spine. He didn't want to step foot on that land. He found himself in front of the throne room too fast. He took a deep breath, and gathered himself. Slowly, he pushed the door open, and walked to where Rhen was standing. He paid no attention to anyone around him, as that would only anger him.

Jupiter looked back at Landon silently, reading his actions with deliberate ease. The Queen Griffiths behind her shifted uneasily in the shadows feeling the power of his anger, though controlled it still leaked enough for their trained senses to catch on.
"Landon... for the time being you will stay at Nubehs with your daughter so that she grows accustomed to it's ways, then you may go back home... for a time. Would you reffer she study to be a lady rather than warrior?" Jupiter added as an after thought, looking over at the place where Saturn should have been to see her reaction.
The Griffith was not there... She frowned, but said nothing about it.

Landon tensed, that was a big desicion. "I want her trained in both," he told them. "She's strong enough, and smart enough. I know, her mother was... educated. She can take it," he said, not looking anywhere but his daughter.
Rhen stared up at her father with trusting eyes, having no idea what he was telling all the people in the courtroom. She heard her mother mentioned, but knew what had happened to her. She'd fallen asleep in the forest, and they'd go see her again. As soon as daddy was done with these nice people. She'd always wanted to see royalty.

Jupiter pinched the bridge of her nose thoughtfully, looking down at Rhen.
"All right... so be it. Lady Saturn will start her training, i presume that she and her daughter can come to an agreement about the harshness of the physical part of it." She muttered, not looking back again to where Saturn should have been... no one else noticed she was gone.

"Rhea will be training her aswell?" Landon asked curiously, before closing his mouth. He really did speak too much for his own bloody good right now. He bowed, slightly.
"Alright, thank you for your graciousness," he stated, whispering, and picked up Rhen. He carried her out of the throne room.

Rhea looked down at Rhen thoughtfully, frowning. "Have you been doing your warm up in the morning?" she asked, knowing well that Rhen probably hadn't. If she had then she simply wasn't trying in the actual work...

Rhen glared up at Rhea. "Why should I listen to you?" she asked her, completely defiantly. She definately had her father's blood in her veins.
"Because I'm telling you to," Landon stated, walking into the room. He was wearing clean clothes, undusted, for almost the first time in so many years. They'd just moved back here, and he'd been 'Lord'. Some people had to be shot. Namely the ones that made him this.
But, to his dismay, he had to admit that he liked what he was now. A noble, it almost made him shudder thinking about it. But now Rhen would grow up and be what he never got to be. What he should have been forced to be.
Rhen pouted at him, sulkily. She didn't want to obey Rhea, not at all.

Rhea looked back at Rhen thoughtfully, her face impassive except for the small smile that seemed determined to tug at her lips. It was slightly tinted with sadness, and surprisingly it was plain as day...
"All right, Rhen. If you really don't want to listen to me, I'll go get mother." she murmured, turning around to leave, glancing at Landon with a slightly apologetic look on her face. Lady Saturn was known to wearing students down completely until they passed out...

Rhen nodded. "Sure, she's a better teacher then you," she huffed, and hugged Landon's leg.
Landon was a bit shocked at the statement, but he kept his eyes on his daughter. He didn't look at Rhea, he didn't want to know what her reaction was. That was awful rude, but that's how she'd been raised.

Rhea just sighed, knowing well it was not her place to tell Rhen that it would be best for her to stay under her teaching. Instead she nodded slightly, slipping out the door, wearing a slightly hurt look on her face.
"Mother will be here soon..." she murmured, closing the door quietly.

Landon kept his arms around Rhen's body, kneeling down slowly. But his eyes were all for the door, all for the walking away Rhea. He didn't know what to do.
"Daddy, do you like Rhea?" Rhen asked him curiously.

Rhea stopped walking down the hallway, hearing her name called by Rhen's soft voice. That training room echoed... perhaps she had called?
//I highly doubt it...// still she sighed and turned around, rubbing an arm slightly in an effort to warm herself up, as a sudden chill had decided to freeze her. She pushed the door open slightly and peeked in.
"Someone call me?" ashe asked softly, looking like she hoped not.

Landon was almost deaf. It was an odd feeling. His eyes were all for the girl in his arms. He didn't want her growing up on lies, didn't want her to doubt him... in anything.
"Yes, Rhen. I like Rhea," he told her, slow enough for her to pick up on the emotions in the saying.
Rhen's eyes widened, then narrowed at her father.
