Rhea sat there, glaring at the wound on her arm. Her hand was in a tight fist, digging her nails into soft flesh.
She was still wearing her bloodstained clothing. It had been a couple hours, the bullet had just drilled a hole into her arm.
She stared at the blood on her shirt and a frown form on her face.
he'd pay for that.
Footsteps behind her made her turn. Her hand tightened on her gun, tucked inside her jacket. She turned, eyes narrowed slightly.
Paranoia, great.

Landon heard her twitch, and new in less then a second that she had her gun in her hand, good girl. He took out his berretta and pointed it at her through the curtain.
"I have a gun pointed at you, I'd consider you dropping yours," he informed her carelessly, a bare whisper.
He didn't really expect her to, and walked through the curtain, keeping his gun on her again. He didn't have his gun directly aimed at her chest, no, it was aimed for her head. They were more likely to kill, although that wasn't his plan.

Rhea's gun was also pointed towards him, though loosely, like she didn't expect anything to happen anyway.
"What do you want, damnit?" Rhea growled, annoyed. The muscles in her arm were tense and they hurt.
It seemed a bit sad for him to suddenly decide to come and kill her in a hospital after having the perfect timing in the alley. It was illogical, so she knew he wasn't here for that. Instead she waited patiently, expecting an answer.

Landon kept his face completely blank, his eyes going empty again. He didn't exactly want to answer her, and thought about shooting her again, just to get her to be a little bit more respectful... but that would arouse suspicion. OUt of the question.
"You know, for someone who 'could' be an inch from their death, you sure as hell have a lot of balls," he told her absently, keeping his arm loosely pointed at her, his finger still on the trigger. "I'm not sure whether to call that bravery, or complete stupidity. I think I'm leaning towards the second."
He didn't know why he told her, maybe just to make her feel a little more comfortable, like hell. No, he did it to make sure that she new her position.
"Now put down that gun, or I'll shoot it out of your hand."

Rhea smirked. "That's sad, you're a sexist." she muttered, slipping her gun back in calmly. She shrugged at him.
"If i cared about being killed or not i wouldn't be in this line of buisiness, don't you think? Now, what the hell do you want. If you had wanted to kill me you would have done it already, explaining yourself is not your style."

Landon stared blankly for a few moments, thinking about how to answer that question. Did she have a death wish... maybe he shouldn't have turned down this job afterall. He slowly pulled his gun back, and picked the silencer out of his pocket.
"The people that are in this buisness tend 'not' to want to get killed, but if that isn't your wish, I'd be happy to oblige," he told her, finished putting the silencer on.
For a smaller girl, she really did have a mouth on her. It's just a pity that she didn't realise her situation. Being under the gun is not a very good thing around anyone trained even similar to him.

As soon as he moved for the silencer Rhea's hand was grasping her own gun, aiming it with precise ease at his head.
"I may not be afraid to die, but i don't particularly have that in mind, Landon." she stated calmly, her eyes looking at him with a lack of emotion that was disturbing at best. It was like there was no one there. Killers lost emotion as well... but she seemed to loose her soul in the instant she was put into a sticky situation. It made getting drenched in blood a lot easier.
"If i didn't know any better, i'd say that my childish little words annoyed you... in a childish little way, I might add." she added.

Landon couldn't do anything but raise one of his eyebrows. She seriously had no idea just what she was dealing with here. Obviously she didn't want to, or else she was just avoiding. Either way, she was easy prey.
"Then I guess we're left with one choice, and it's yours, Rhea. Do you want to die?" he asked her.

Rhea looked him in the eye, calmly.
"Of course not, I know you may be better than me, but i am not going to let you play with my mind. I'd rather take another bullet."

Landon reached into his holster, pulling out his Berretta. He pointed at her steady, cocking his head slightly. "I supposed that could be arranged," he stated, observing her carefully.
