Hakai shrugged. "It is made up of many islands. The shipyard is very well know all over Orbis."

"Hmm," she said thoughtfully. "I've never been there before. Maybe I should visit. I've only been to a few worlds myself. Seryaki, The land of Lore, Senkinar... and now this place place. My master calls it Incaris, but between you and me, he's been known to be wrong on a few things after a night of the strong stuff."

Hakai gave a small smile. "From what I have gathered, that is the right name."

"Oh, imagine that! He got one right." She seemed almost genuinely suprised. "So what other worlds have you been to?"

"This is the only other world I have been to." Hakai answered with a shrug. "It was an accident that Imoto and I came here."

"And you need to get back home," she said softly as she pieced things together in her mind. "So how do you plan on doing it? Is there something specific you have to do to get home or are you just hoping to get lucky?" She was getting quieter.

"As far as Elder's Island is home for now." Haikai answered with a shrug. "It has been interesting being in this strange world, but I miss the things that are familiar to me."
Absently he stirred the fire with the end of a stick. "I have heard there is a great stone portal somewhere in these mountains. I would like to try using it to go back home."

"A stone portal huh?" she said to herself. "Tell me about it?" She tucked her knees under her chin and stared at him, curiousity rampant in her eyes. The guy was actually volunteering information. That was a twist.

Hakai shrugged. "I do not know much more about it. I have heard it lies somewhere in these mountians. That there are dangers in finding it. And even if you do it takes great power to open it."

"So... you plan on searching every inch of these mountains until you find it a giant legendary stone ring that for all you know may not even exist? You must have a lot of faith my friend." It was dark outside now, the stars just starting to appear in the night sky as the moon rose over the roof of the mountains.

Hakai snorted, very much like a horse.
"I hope that I will not have to search very long. I do not have an endless supply of grain for Imoto."

She looked over at the horse as he said it's name and smiled. "Well, I wish you all the luck in the world," she said and then before she could stop it, an enormous yawn escaped her mouth. "Wow, I must be more tired then I thought," she said, suddenly sleepy. "Well, it's nice talking to you, but I think I'll take a little nap." She yawned again. "Good night." She wrapped the folds of her robe around her and lay down, curling into a little ball. She was asleep in moments.

Hakai smiled quietly to himself at the girl fell alseep. He banked the fire and settled down to sleep himself.

The night passed uneventfully, and morning dawned bright and true, its' thin rays penetrating their cave. Gaven moaned softly and shifted, rolling over and grabbing a clump of her clothing and using them as a pillow. She stopped moving and rested there for a moment, reveling in how relaxed her body was before she had to face the world again in a new day. Of course, for one with her energy, that quickly lost her interest. Her eyes peaked open and she looked slowly around the cave.

Hakai was standing at Imoto's side, giving the little mare a decent grooming. He hummed softly, a lullaby from his own people, as he brushed the dappled black coat.
